Our Team

Felicia Choy

Felicia has contributed her immense talents as General Manager at Hewlett Packard (USA and Asia) and Chief Operating Officer at Armada International. She also cofounded Choy-Valentine & Company, a management consulting company specializing in developing sino-western organizations. In January 2017, the Shanghai-based private equity firm Innotech International Group purchased Ad-Juster. Since that time, Felicia has been the acting CEO at Ad-Juster. She comes in as a perfect fit for this role as she’s currently the CEO of Innotech International Group who’s dedicated to building a global ecosystem of ad-tech solutions.

Peter Yang

Chief Operating Officer
Peter holds a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is one of the original Ad-Juster founders. Peter not only helped create the company, but he continues to be highly active and involved as Ad-Juster continues to grow and excel. Initially, Peter led the engineering group, designing and building unique products to give customers a true competitive advantage. While he continues to enable immense customer success, Peter now oversees all ongoing business operations throughout Ad-Juster as Chief Operating Officer. He ensures effective and efficient operations while executing the company’s strategic goals. Every element of Peter’s modus operandi and mantra revolve around and evolve from the ultimate goal of delivering premium service and technology to meet customer needs.

Matthew Essenburg

Chief Technology Officer
Matt started his exceptional journey by achieving a B.S. in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University. In addition to Vnocspace Inc., Matt also worked at Rockwell Collins, Inc. (formerly Anzus, Inc.), where he advanced to Senior Software Engineer, leading a $15-million-dollar contract for the Tactical Air Control Party Close Air Support System. He was also a key contributor to the success of that program’s entry into the European market. As Chief Technical Officer, Matt has been an immense force behind Ad-Juster’s success since 2012.

Dan Lawton

Chief Marketing/Chief Business Development Officer
Dan holds a B.S. in International Business and Economics from King’s College. Earlier accomplishments include roles as VP of Operations & Head of Lift Accounts at OpenX as well as Chief Operating Officer at LiftDNA. Dan joined Ad-Juster in 2013 as VP of Business Development and Sales. Through steadfast dedication to clients and company alike, Dan delivers unwavering integrity combined with intelligent, innovative marketing solutions. This commitment to excellence paired with sustained high performance earned Dan the promotion to Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Business Development Officer.

Jesse Poppick

Chief Revenue Officer
Jesse laid the foundation to his brilliant career by achieving degrees from both the University of Montana and Humboldt State University. He has been in the digital ad tech space since 1998, which means his experience spans approximately two-thirds of the history of the World Wide Web. Jesse consistently exceeded sales goals and made himself an always-available resource for his teams while working senior positions at Moat, Viacom, AdOperations Interactive, and TraffickWorks Consulting. Ad-Juster readily welcomed the experience Jesse brought from those companies as well as his more recent performance in the role of VP Sales & Business Development with AdMonsters. Jesse continues to help drive Ad-Juster forward through market-leading, client-centric initiatives.

Sharon Smith

Vice President, Concierge Team
Sharon’s over 30 years of exceptional experience began with her Industrial Management/Business degree from Lehigh County Community College. With a proven track record in print and digital media, selling and managing both advertising solutions and technology services for several media companies, Sharon was an easy choice for Director of Client Relationships with Ad-Juster. It didn’t take long to learn that Sharon could provide even greater value through a brand new position. She was promoted to VP of the Concierge Team, playing an intricate role in servicing and maintaining strong relationships with all Ad-Juster clients.

Calson Lee

Product Manager
Calson holds a degree from the University of California Irvine. He entered the workforce as a multilingual Field Application Engineer for Arescom Technology Ltd. in Taiwan, which produced the world's first portable mobile broadband router to be used by NTT-BP of Japan. After returning to the U.S., Calson transitioned to consumer electronics projects with U-Media Communications Inc. as Product Manager. While there, he helped produce cutting-edge routers to be sold by large consumer brands such as TRENDnet and Linksys. Calson joined Ad-Juster in 2011 to help pioneer advanced ad technology.

Spencer Sams

Manager of Client Services
Spencer began his career in Technical Support for TFBnet, helping the company deliver services one would typically expect from a much larger Internet service provider. He then earned the position of Network Administrator. After that, Spencer progressed into military-based data operations at Anzus, Inc., working as a Junior Administrator. Quickly perceiving his talents, Anzus transitioned Spencer to Software Tester. He was promoted soon after to the role of Software Test Lead, managing 10 direct reports. In 2009, Spencer sought out an opportunity to expand his experience, stepping into the role of Test Engineer at Ultra. To capitalize on his work experience, flesh out his foundation, and study the latest innovations, Spencer returned to a degree program at Mira Costa College in 2011. Spencer came to Ad-Juster in 2013, where he’s been applying his technical support expertise as Manager of Client Services, helping the company deliver premium customer care.
